Please read this policy carefully to understand when returns and refunds are applicable.

1. Check Your Order at Delivery

To ensure product quality and accuracy:

  • Please check the package in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

  • If the product is damaged, leaking, broken, expired, missing, or incorrect, inform the delivery agent immediately and refuse the item.

  • Once the product is accepted and the delivery agent leaves, returns or refunds cannot be guaranteed.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement

We will offer a return or replacement if:

✅ You received the wrong product
✅ The product is damaged or defective
✅ The item is expired or leaking upon delivery
✅ Items are missing from your order

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Seal must not be broken (for hygiene & safety reasons)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for:

❌ opened or used skincare/cosmetic products
❌ products damaged after delivery
❌ change of mind after accepting delivery
❌ items without original packaging

4. Refund Policy

Once a return request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be sent via mobile banking or bank transfer

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After this period, the order may already be processed or dispatched and cancellation may not be possible.

6. Missing or Delivery Issues

If your order shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.
